Gilbert Loke, a Malaysian Chinese, studied in London, UK from 1979 to 1990 and obtained his accounting qualifications.He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer（CFO）of SGLA. He is a co-founder, Chairman, Director, and Chief Financial Officer of Greenpro Capital Corp (NASDAQ: GRNQ). He is also the Managing Director of Falcon CPA (accounting firm) and serves as a Director of Greenpro Trust Limited and Greenpro Sparkle Insurance Brokers Limited. Additionally, he is a Director of GC Investment
Limited and an Investment Manager for the Greenpro Asia Strategic Fund. He holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at AEI CapForce II Investment Corp (a US SPAC). Gilbert earned a Master of Management from Bulacan State University, Philippines. He is a practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a registered auditor with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Council. He is also a registered financial planner in Malaysia and a cofounder and Chairman of the Hong Kong Chartered Wealth Management Association.
