ADC12
As one of the most widely used die cast aluminum alloys globally, it has excellent fluidity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical processing performance, making it particularly suitable for efficient die casting production of thin-walled complex structural components. ADC12 supplied by Nastone strictly controls the content of key elements such as iron, silicon, and copper to ensure batch stability and die-casting yield.
A380
Known for its high strength and excellent heat crack resistance, it is the mainstream die-casting material in North America and high-end manufacturing markets. The A380 provided by Nastone complies with ASTM standards, with strict impurity control, and is suitable for precision components with high requirements for mechanical properties and surface quality.
Customized die cast aluminum products
In addition to standard grades, Nastone can provide component fine-tuning, particle size grading, or pretreatment services according to customer process requirements to meet the adaptation requirements of different die casting equipment and application scenarios.
As a key driver of the green metal recycling system, the recycled aluminum products supplied by Nasitong are made from scrap aluminum and produced through advanced melting and refining processes. Compared to primary aluminum, they can reduce carbon emissions by up to 95%, significantly reducing the full lifecycle carbon footprint of customer products.
