Dr. Azmi Bin Arsad (“Azmi”) graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 1995 with a Bachelor of Economics (BEC Hon) degree, from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2005 with a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Economics (MEc) degree, and obtained a Ph.D. (Ec) in Economics from UKM in 2010. From 2007 to 2013, Azmi served as Deputy Director (Operations) (Level 48) of the Selangor State Housing and Real Estate Board (LPHS) in Malaysia. Since 2021, he has served as Chief Information Officer (CIO), Director of Government Relations, Certification and Patent Technology at SGLA.
