Alex Luo (“Alex”), a Hong Kong Chinese, is the founder of SGLA, a US-listed company. He has over 30 years of experience in operating and managing environmental recycling companies. Alex graduated from the Department of Biology at South China Agricultural University in Guangdong in 1984. After graduation, he worked as a full-time microbiology researcher at the Maoming Institute from 1984 to 1985. Through several internal promotions, he was appointed CEO of Zhuhai Zhongfu Group from 1986 to 1991. In 2008, he served as President of MLX Technology and EQ Technology in Australia. Subsequently, in 2011, he became CEO of SGLA. In 2019, he founded Tianli Environmental Protection Group, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise in the environmental recycling industry. He is responsible for the company's development and corporate affairs, including investor relations, asset management, M&A planning, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
